Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using trusted courier and postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods must be delivered within 30 days of the order being placed unless otherwise agreed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery method selected

  • Order weight

  • Delivery location

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

4. International Shipping (if applicable)

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional postage charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries & Missed Parcels

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful:

  • The courier may leave a card or contact you directly.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel where required.

If a parcel is returned to us unclaimed, we may refund the order minus original shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

We take care to package records and CD’s securely to prevent damage.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Postal or courier disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Industrial action

  • Customs delays

If a significant delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
